Refund policy

Pourly Phrased, we want you to be happy with every order. If something is not quite right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can review your return request and help you with the next steps.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with any original tags and packaging included. Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, alterations, or other damage may not be accepted.

Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and clearance products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at pourlyphrased@gmail.com. Providing your order information and clear photos of the issue will help us review your request quickly and provide an appropriate solution.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.
